- Admission to the Master of Science in European Economics requires a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or Economics with a grade better than 2.5, preferably a degree that amounts to 180 ECTS credits. Applicants are expected to be familiar with the basic principles, theories and concepts in the field of economics. - English (one of the following is required): TOEFL iBT: 80 TOEFL PBT: 550 IELTS: 6.5 (Overall band) Cambridge: CAE, CPE or BEC Higher TOEIC: 700 UNIcert III Certificate German "Abitur" including at least six (G8) or seven (G9) years of English Officially recognised higher education degree (e.g. Bachelor's degree) with English as the language of instruction (You must provide a medium of instruction certificate stating that the programme was conducted in English, unless the language of instruction is definitively stated on your transcript!) Please note: The University of Nottingham requires an IELTS of 6.5 (no less than 6.0 in any element) or an equivalent qualification. Please also note that language requirements might be subject to change in the future. German is not required. However, German classes are available. Italian is not a formal requirement, as classes in Pavia are taught in English. But it is strongly advised to take at least one language course in preparation for the stay abroad if the student is not yet fluent in Italian. French is also not a formal requirement, as classes in Marseille are taught in English. But it is strongly advised to take at least one language course in preparation for the stay abroad if the student is not yet fluent in French. Please note that even though classes in English are available at all partner universities, it is essential for the double degree experience to have some command over the national language spoken at the partner university. Students have the possibility to take various language courses at our Language Learning Centre.

- Enrolment fees at the University of Tübingen are currently about 200 EUR per semester. This includes use of local public transport free of charge on Mondays to Fridays in the evening, at weekends and on public holidays.
