- Akademik şart
- A Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) is required. While most of our students hold a previous degree in law, natural sciences, engineering, or management, we also welcome students from other disciplines. If the Bachelor's programme was not a four-year programme (240 ECTS credits or equivalent), but a three-year programme (180 ECTS credits or equivalent), an applicant may be admitted if he or she has gained an additional year of professional experience (two years in total). Applicants need to have acquired at least one year (self-financing students) or two years (applicants for a DAAD scholarship) of professional experience after their first university degree. This means that work done during undergraduate studies (before obtaining the Bachelor's degree) does not count. Apart from actual employment in a paid position, professional experience also includes internships, work as a research assistant (postgraduate), and work during a legal clerkship. Applicants must have a very good knowledge of English (see language requirements: https://www.miplc.de/llm-ip/admissions/requirements/ ). - Applicants must have a very good knowledge of English. Therefore, one of the MIPLC admission requirements is a minimum score in one of the following tests taken within the past three years: TOEFL: 85 (Internet-based), 223 (computer-based), or 563 (paper-based) IELTS (academic version): 6.5 Cambridge C1: 185 The test requirement is waived for applicants who are either native speakers of English or have received their degree from an institution where English is the language of instruction.
